擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)液壓缸是輸出(chu)扭矩并(bing)實現往(wang)復(fu)(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行元件,有單葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種(zhong)形式(shi)(shi)。葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)式(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi):定子(zi)塊(kuai)固定在(zai)缸體上,而(er)(er)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)和(he)轉子(zi)連(lian)接(jie)在(zai)一起。根據進油方向(xiang),葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子(zi)作(zuo)往(wang)復(fu)(fu)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)又分單螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)兩種(zhong),現在(zai)雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)比較常用,靠兩個螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)副降液壓缸內活塞的(de)直(zhi)線(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變為(wei)直(zhi)線(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)(fu)he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從(cong)而(er)(er)實現擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(3)液壓(ya)系統(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)太低。控(kong)制(zhi)管路中節流(liu)阻力(li)(li)可能過大,流(liu)量閥調節不當,控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)不合適,壓(ya)力(li)(li)源受到干擾。此時應(ying)檢(jian)查控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)源,保證壓(ya)力(li)(li)調節到系統(tong)的(de)規定值。
(4)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)系統(tong)(tong)中進入空氣。主要是(shi)因為系統(tong)(tong)中有(you)泄漏(lou)發生。此時應(ying)檢查液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)油(you)箱的(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei),液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)泵吸油(you)側(ce)的(de)密(mi)封件和管(guan)接頭(tou),吸油(you)粗濾器是(shi)否太臟。若如(ru)此,應(ying)補充液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)油(you),處理密(mi)封及管(guan)接頭(tou),清洗或更換粗濾芯。
現(xian)象(一):串(chuan)漏
原因:
1.壓力迅(xun)速上升(sheng)或(huo)者缸(gang)壁膨(peng)脹(zhang),油液(ye)進入間隙(xi),壓力形(xing)成對密封的下(xia)行作用,串漏形(xing)成
2.密封環未(wei)設計泄壓槽(cao)
防止措施:
1.密封環設計留有泄壓(ya)槽(cao),油液通過泄壓(ya)槽(cao),填充溝槽(cao)從而壓(ya)縮O形圈,產生密封
原因:
1.運(yun)動速度太快
2.有偏心運動(dong)
3.滑動面粗糙度(du)不均勻
4.安裝(zhuang)時扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形密封
2.消除(chu)偏心(xin)運動
3.修改滑動(dong)面粗糙度(du)
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝槽(cao)設計不合理導致(zhi)壓縮率太(tai)大:沒(mei)有考慮到材料由(you)于熱量及化學介質引(yin)起(qi)的變(bian)形,或由(you)于壓力過(guo)大引(yin)起(qi)
防止措施:
1.溝(gou)槽的設計應考慮到材(cai)料由于溫度及化(hua)學介(jie)質引(yin)起的變形
